About this Attraction

The Mira-Nila Heritage House and Library is a grand Filipino ancestral house. With its Italianate facade and American Colonial interiors, the heritage house is a treasure trove of Philippine cultural artifacts and art pieces. Built in 1927, the house was originally located in Quiapo, Manila but was transferred to Quezon City to save it from demolition. The house now serves as a museum showcasing Filipino heritage and culture through its collection of antique furniture, religious artifacts, and historical documents.

Fact Corner: The house was originally owned by the prominent Tuason family and was designed by Filipino architect Arcadio Arellano.
