La Mesa Ecopark (LME), located in Novaliches, Quezon City, is considered one of the last lungs of Metro Manila. La Mesa Ecopark is home to various flora and fauna, including over 100 species of birds and 21 species of trees endemic to the Philippines. The park boasts a 27-hectare manmade forest that serves as a major source of air purification for the surrounding areas.
