The Capy Bonbon Choux, a craquelin cream puff sculpted around silky mousse, rich ganache, and award-winning chocolate in every bite, is a crowd-favorite sitting alongside cute and aesthetic drinks. The cafe bridges Korea and the Philippines with pasta, sandwiches, and other dishes inspired by Korean food but tailored to the Filipino palate, such as an Italian-inspired pesto carrying a Filipino flair and a slow-roasted pork belly with crackling skin that looks and tastes closer to lechon than samgyupsal.
